Importing contacts from a CSV file

In OnePageCRM yous can import multiple contacts at once into OnePageCRM, likewise as merge data from a CSV file to your existing CRM contacts. To do this, your import file must be saved in a CSV file format (coma separated value file format).

Go to your User Profile (top right) → Import and Export→ Contacts.

Nether Import every bit → select New contacts → click Select file to upload → choose the CSV file you wish to import.

Merge Import

This option allows you to update your existing contacts using the Merge Import characteristic. In step 3 Merge rules→ specify the merge rules for each field and in your OnePageCRM that corresponds to a dissimilar column on your import file.

• Merge rules are for contacts with a matching Contact ID in the database and import file

• There is no undo for merged contacts

• Unmatched contacts will exist created as new contacts
